Great spot for a group getaway
The staff was absolutely fantastic, we felt like they actually cared about us. You won't believe it, but the rooftop view was incredible, best cocktail I've ever had.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but I’d say it was still reasonable for the value.

great stay with minor concerns
The breakfast offered a solid selection, including eggs and pastries that we enjoyed. Our room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable environment for our family. The private secure parking was conveniently located just a short walk away.
The breakfast area felt a bit crowded during peak hours.

During my stay, I loved that it was only about a 15-minute walk to both the lively Bourbon Street and the beautiful Louis Armstrong Park, making city strolls a breeze, and the modern rooms offered a comfortable retreat after my adventures.

The location provides easy access to Bourbon Street and nearby restaurants, making it perfect for exploring. The gym stands out with its extensive equipment and cleanliness, while the room was spacious, well-furnished, and offered good water pressure in the shower. However, I missed breakfast and encountered a minor issue with the absence of a safe in the room. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

I really loved the free breakfast with fresh fruit and plenty of options. The room was spacious, but we had issues with cleanliness. A bit more attention to detail would be great! 😊

It was just a balanced option for a rapid stop in New Orleans with good price value. The room was decent, but the lighting could use some work. Try to confirm the room conditions before settling in.

Not a first choice for families
The check-in was seamless after a rough start with the guy on the phone like he was more interested in that than us then he became nice and gave us all the details about the hotel when he finally focused on us and the room was clean which was good when you have kids
It wasn’t exactly cheap but for what we got it was somewhat acceptable

Y'all, if you're rollin' through New Orleans, you gotta hit up We Dat's Chicken & Shrimp! Their crispy chicken will make your taste buds dance. The hotel's breakfast had me feelin' alright with some decent options too. Also, the staff are a real gem – especially that bartender Mike who knew how to mix it up!
Now, let’s keep it real, I did experience a couple of fire alarms that had me outside shakin' my head. And the management could've used a little more patience during those times. Overall, still a fine stay, just a few hiccups!

The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice. I appreciated the valet service, which made things a lot easier, especially with kids. The gym facilities were quite impressive – I’m an avid gym-goer and found it well-equipped. However, the front desk staff could use a bit of training in guest interactions. they seemed a little rude and dismissive at times.
